Jason came and secured a dangerous loose roof tile (as well as removing some unsightly plants from the guttering) within an hour of us making initial contact with him. The work required to repair the roof was completed within the week, and to a really high standard. We found him really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and unlike other tradesmen we have encountered, he made regular contact and kept us updated every step of the way. We asked Jason to clean all existing ‘plastic’ areas to the front of our property; apex, gable, guttering window frames etc. simply because he had previously re-roofed our house; and was an obvious choice to ‘do a good job’. He had also re-roofed my parents house a few years ago. The only time he stopped work, was when we ‘forced a few cups of tea within arms reach’.
